It is her responsibility to field all enquiries so that the appropriate staff member gets the email and can respond accordingly. 3) What about Marc Loverigde. Has his job terminated, too? I got no answer when I have mailed him. Marc Loveridge is ASC's Online Marketing Manager and no longer handles investor enquiries. It was a decision made by Malcolm Day in the interests of the Company. 4) Did you find an expert for the transformation of the Australian website into the German website?, or is it vacant? We have recently appointed two German speaking staff members in the head office in Perth for our German website - adultshop.de. We have appointed a German Editor and a European Communications Manager. We went through a rigorous interview process and are happy to report that the Company is progressing well with the German language site. 5) When will you open the German buero in flensburg? Malcolm is in Flensburg this week to finalise the German office and relevant staff members. We plan to open the office in mid July 2000. 6) What about the buero in munich. Are all vacations filled? At present, we are post postponing the Munich office as supply and fulfilment for Europe will be operated from Flensburg. 7) When will Sexshop.com go online ? The Company has purchased the domain name and it is currently in planning stages. Malcolm is putting together the strategy for both short and long term domain name and web site plans. 8) Are there further agreements in USA in the next time. The Company is currently having discussions with a number of US companies regarding our launch in August/September 2000. This includes companies in fields such as advertising, PR, marketing, online and the like. The US is a huge market for us and we are excited about the opportunities that exist within this market. 9) Everybody waits for the Webhits, do the data comes in June? Not sure at this stage. 10) Why is there no announcement to the ASX by setting ClubX online, and the Domain Deal Sexshop.com We were not required to announce the deals to the ASX but instead, issued a release to our Investors via our extensive investor email list. In addition, a media release was sent to all Australian financial media who wrote articles relating to the deal. 11) Why is sexshop.com not under construction See No.7 12) What are the next plans for Europe and USA Does Due Diligence-Process go in process for the last agreements (Axis.. Gamelink..)? Our plans for both Europe and the US include launching the web site, offering local fulfilment, setting up offices and staff in each region, embarking on a marketing campaign to publicly launch the site and identifying any other opportunities that will further the Company. When the due diligence has been finalised, we will make an official announcement. 13) How will Malcolm manage the lost of Christoph T?. There is much work for only one person. Malcolm will be taking a 'hands on' role with the German market - hence the fact he is there at the moment ensuring all is up to the high standard he requires for AdultShop.com to go global. Malcolm will oversee all German operations. As previously mentioned, we have appointed key German speaking staff in our headquarters as well as having local staff in Germany. Yes, Germany is a lot of work and the Company has appointed experienced staff to cater for the work load. |
